Nephie Christodoulides is Visiting Assistant Professor, Department of English Studies, University of Cyprus. Her area of specialization is 20th Century poetry, with emphasis on Modernism. She is greatly interested in psychoanalysis, alchemical studies, the occult, autobiography, and women and madness. She has published extensively on Sylvia Plath, Ted Hughes, Virginia Woolf, and H. D. In 2005, she published a monograph on Plath and motherhood. She has three books forthcoming: The H. D. Companion with Cambridge UP (co-edited with P. Mackay), an annotated scholarly edition of H. D.'s unpublished "Magic Mirror," "Thorn Thicket" and "Compassionate Friendship" with ELS University of Victoria Press and another monograph on H. D.'s notion of the rose with Edwin Mellen. She is a contributor to ABES (Routledge Bibliography of English Studies).
