Book and film reviews by solicitation only, should be 500-1,000 words. Exceptions will be considered for review essays.

Creative submissions should not exceed 10,000 words.

Images should be submitted as JPG, TIF, or EPS files, preferably of at least 300 pixels per inch. Authors submitting images with text should indicate within the text where the image should be placed by inserting the designation “(fig. 1),” “(fig. 2),” etc. at the end of the sentence referencing the image. Please also provide any caption text in a separate document.

To ensure a double-blind review process, all articles are submitted electronically via Open Journal Systems. Please follow the instructions at this link to submit. To guarantee anonymity, your name must not appear anywhere on your paper.

At the time of submission, you must submit a scholarly Consent to Publish Form and/or a creative Consent to Publish Form (for works of fiction, and illustrations if your submission includes them). Download the forms needed from the links, fill out, and submit as additional material with your submission.
