Peter Cooley, Tulane University

Peter Cooley , recent recipient of an ATLAS grant from the state of Louisiana to work on poems about Katrina and the oil spill, is the author of eight books, the most recent Divine Margins (Carnegie Mellon, 2005). That press will bring out his ninth book Night Bus to the Afterlife in 2012. He is Professor of English and Director of Creative Writing at Tulane University and lives in New Orleans.
