Nick Owen

Nick Owen (01608644929@uwclub.net) was born in provincial England in 1950, and had poetry published while still at school. After a degree in psychology and philosophy he became a leading figure in the British Human Potential Development Movement. At forty he became director of the Oxford School of Psychotherapy and Counselling. At fifty he refocused his career on art, following Ted Hughes and Sylvia Plath in connecting his poetry with visual art. He has one volume of poetry published. Owen is a director of wombtwin.com, where he aims to help people find healing path through the pain of early twin loss, using art, literature and ritual. He is married with four children
