Catherine Morgan, Bath Spa University

Dr Catherine Morgan  is a Senior Lecturer in Sociology at Bath Spa University where she specializes in criminology and criminal justice. She has previously been a Lecturer at the University of Durham and Teaching Fellow at the University of Leeds (where she was awarded her PhD in 2001). She took a break from academia in 2004 and qualified as a Probation Officer, managing offenders in the community and in custody. She lives in Bath with her husband Stephen and their cat Marwood.
