Kellanova is a company that adds value to the customer in several ways. With Kellanova’s concern for the environment and desire to help the planet, they strive to create products that align with that value: “Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and enable a climate-positive future” (Kellanova, n.d.). With their legacy, they are well-known in the market. Customers want companies that they can rely on, and since Kellanova has built a reputation, they have a greater chance of having loyal customers.
