The Campbell Soup Company The internal and external environment

Abstract
This paper provides a view of both the external and internal environments of The Campbell Soup Company. The internal environment includes an analysis of Porter’s Five Forces of industry, a process representation of the company’s value chain, a description of the company’s primary and support activities and process modeling depicting the company’s relevant resources and capabilities. The external environment includes examples within the general environment. The SWOT matrix illustrates company strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats based on analyses of the external and internal environments.
