Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to present phonological data from three children with functional misarticulations. 'FUNCTIONAL MISARTICULATION' is a term used to describe sound production errors which have no known motor, neurological, or cognitive basis, but which require clinical attention. These data will be analyzed using standard methods of Generative phonology.
