Joyful Learning Dashboard: Enriching Shared Experiences of Families of Young Children

Abstract
The Joyful Learning Dashboard is a browser-based set of 100 flashcards with activities that inspire connection, collaboration, discovery, and reflection for families with children ages 4 to 8. In my expressive arts workshops, I begin with simple icebreakers such as sharing something that sparked curiosity, making quick creations with materials at hand, smelling and describing different fragrances, or recalling a moment of laughter. Families loved these openings and wanted ways to continue them at home.
