Abstract

Survey research was conducted for First Harrison Bank, a local community bank. This research sought to: identify the importance of current bank product offerings, particularly online banking services; evaluate Generation Y banking needs to determine if there is a need for the development of new bank products; identify aspects of customer service that are most important to Generation Y.
