Abstract

A spreadsheet for calculating testosterone concentrations based on enzyme immunoassay results. Has spaces for the radiation counts per minute to be entered to calculate recovery rates, the concentration from the plate reader, and the amount of plasma, and calculates the pg/mL and ng/mL of testosterone in each sample. Includes sheets for 5 assays, and calculations for comparing standards across plates and calculating corrected concentration values.
