Information about a plenary discussion, Small Programs in Varied Contexts: A Roundtable, held during the 2016 Association of Departments of Foreign Languages (ADFL) Summer Seminar West on June 3 at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California is presented Topics include crisis in higher education, growing need for need for language and intercultural competence, and managing small language programs.
