This report presents a collaborative beautification initiative for Montgomery, Indiana, developed by students from the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture and Design. The project emphasizes family-friendly outdoor spaces and celebrates the town’s rural heritage through public art, interactive installations, and community gathering areas. Key features include a basketball court mural, horse-themed sculptures, revitalized alleyways, and enhanced sidewalks designed to foster connection and local pride.
This project was created by students from the Eskenazi School of Art, Architecture and Design in partnership with the town of Montgomery through the 2024–25 IU Sustaining Hoosier Communities initiative.
