Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine any relationship between organizational stressors, social support, and emotional exhaustion. Three job stressors that are being looked at are job demands, physical work environment, and relationships with others in the organization. I believe that this research will show that higher ratings of organizational stressor leads to emotional exhaustion. When there is relational support, the likelihood of emotional exhaustion will be lower than if there was no support. I will use a survey through Qualtrics to complete the research.
