Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between stress, sleep, and academic performance. A wide range of participants were recruited through social media and professor canvas postings. Each participant completed the Perceived Stress Scale, the Sleep Quality Scale, and questions about their performance. We expect to find that those participants who have poor sleep quality will experience higher amounts of stress which will negatively affect their academic performance.
