dc.description.abstractIn August the Northwest Indiana Coincident Index rose 0.3 points to 141.4, marking the fifth month in a row with positive growth. This growth was driven primarily by a turnaround in employment, which expanded by 1,600 after the last two months of sharp declines, while the remaining factors remained stable.en
