Abstract
This report presents a comprehensive plan developed by graduate students in SPCN-V 551 SPEA Connect Week at Indiana University for the Asociación Latino Americana del Sur de Indiana (ALASI). The project outlines a phased strategy to establish a Latino Resource Center in Dubois County, Indiana, aimed at improving access to services for the growing Latino population. The report includes benchmarking research, a business plan, revenue generation strategies, a grant-writing toolkit, a communications plan, and implementation templates. The center is envisioned as a hub for resource navigation, translation services, education, health, and community engagement, with the goal of fostering inclusion and equity in the region.
