Description

This report outlines a grant proposal developed for the Romans Warrior Foundation to support its Living Memorial Cabin Program. The program provides therapeutic retreats for veterans, first responders, and Gold Star families, addressing mental health challenges such as PTSD and depression. The proposal includes a need statement, project description, goals, evaluation plan, and detailed budget for outdoor beautification and facility improvements aimed at creating a healing environment. This report was created by students in SPEA-V 450 Contemporary Issues in Public Affairs (Grant Writing) for Romans Warrior Foundation through the 2019–20 IU Sustaining Hoosier Communities initiative.
