Abstract
There have been made several general statements that universities in the US are under significant financial strain. Below is an alphabetical list of more than 12 universities in the United States that announced a budget deficit of $10M or more during calendar years 2023 through 2025. That is, more than one announcement of a large budget deficit per quarter. Several of the links below direct news media outlets with articles that may not be permanently available online.
