dc.description.abstractThis data set contains derivatives files (MatLab objects) generated using the encode toolbox (github.com/brain-life/encode). Files are meant to be used in combination with demo files at https://github.com/brain-life/encode/tree/toshare_sub01/scripts/demos to show how to encode a brain connectome estimated using diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging technology and fiber tractography into a multidimensional array (tensor).
