dc.description.abstract | The National Center for Education Statistics states college enrollment rates by race/ethnicity increased tremendously for Black, Hispanic, and American Indian/Alaska Native in 2018. While providing financial education, we must embrace cross-culturalism. HEFWA members should be encouraged to become advocates for cross-cultural outreach programs. This session explores ways members can learn how to create dynamic outreach programs that encourage crossing over from one culture to another. | en |
