This presentation was given as part of the Indiana University Office of the Vice President for Information Technology divisional leadership seminar series. In this talk, Research Technologies Associate Dean and Pervasive Technology Institute Executive Director Craig Stewart looks back at goals set for research computing support when University Information Technology Services was first formed in 1997. Accomplishment against those goals, creation of new goals, and accomplishments assisting the IU community from 1997 to 2013, are all discussed and explained with examples. Goals for Research Technologies and the Pervasive Technology Institute from now to IU's biennial celebration in 2020 are discussed.en
