Abstract
Indiana University Bloomington School of Public Health and the Center for Rural Engagement are pleased to present the 2021 Greene County Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). CHNAs are federally mandated reports that are predominantly completed by a 501(c)(3) hospital (IRS, 2019). This document provides an overview of the methods and process used to identify and prioritize significant health needs among Greene County, Indiana residents.
