Abstract
This study investigates the drivers of transient bedrock river incision in central Idaho. Specifically, we utilize bedrock rivers' steepness, knickpoint elevations, and incision depths to interpret that transience is driven by an increase in rock-uplift rates. We support this interpretation with both analytical and numerical models.
