This report outlines a strategic development plan for land adjacent to the Huntingburg Regional Airport, created by MBA 505 Field Study students in collaboration with local stakeholders. The proposal includes site layout recommendations, tenant targeting, workforce attraction strategies, and community impact considerations. Emphasis is placed on attracting aeronautical firms, supporting small business growth, and addressing infrastructure, housing, and utility needs to support long-term regional development.
