Abstract
This document provides a Roadmap for using the InCommon identity federation to enable researchers to access NSF cyberinfrastructure (CI) via their campus authentication service. It presents benefits and challenges of using InCommon for NSF cyberinfrastructure, and guidance in overcoming the challenges. This document is an abbreviated version of the whole Roadmap, omitting sections B and C to focus on issues of interest to campus and project leadership.
