Abstract

Medical specialties of these physicians included chiropractic, naturopathy, electrotherapeutics, osteopathy, optometry, dentistry, and general practice. The collection also contains some records of registered nurses and midwives. The records may include some, or all, of the following information: Name; Certificate number; Date certificate was issued by the Board of Medical Registration and Examination; Examination/Court Date: Clerk’s name; Physician’s birthplace and birth date; Medical college attended and degree date; Location; Application certificate; License; Power of Attorney; Affidavit; Letters; and Poll Tax cards.
