Description
This report examines strategies for generating revenue at Huntingburg Regional Airport through renegotiation of corporate hangar leases and alternative land use options. Recommendations include developing an industrial park via ground leases, exploring solar energy installations, and implementing fair lease terms for existing tenants. The analysis addresses FAA regulations, financial feasibility, and comparable airport practices to support sustainable growth.
