Abstract

This questionnaire project was originally conceived in the AFS Committee on the State of the Profession. A number of persons provided useful in-put into the project at various stages, including Alan Jabbour, Peter Bartis, Annellen Archbold, James Leary, Sylvia Grider, Lynwood Montell, Charles Camp, Rosan A.
