List of base-pair substitutions found in 38 mutation accumulation lines of Wild-type (E. coli PFM2)en
Excel file format (xlsx). Each row is associated with a recovered base-pair substitution. The first column indicates the name of the MA line. The second column is the position of the base-pair substitution. The third, fourth, and fifth columns are the reference base, consensus base, and observed base, respectively. The reference base is taken from the reference genome (Ecoli K-12 MG1655, NC_000913.2 from NCBI). The consensus base is the base of the starting strain determined by sequencing of all WT MA lines [refer to Lee et al. PNAS (2012) ]. The observed base is the mutated base observed in the MA line designated by column 1.en

The base-pair substitutions and short indels (up to 4bp) found in the MutL lines are also available in VCF file format(Variant Call Format) from NCBI's Short Read Archive (SRA) under the accession number SRA054030. The raw sequencing data is also available under the same accession number, Currently, the VCF file format is not fully supported by SRA so the data are available from the provisional page of SRA, located at http://trace.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Traces/sra/sra.cgi?view=provisionalen
