dc.description.abstract In 2013, the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE) offered a new topical module on civic engagement. The module complements questions on the core survey about service-learning, community service and becoming an informed and active citizen. The presenters introduce NSSE's civic engagement module. Their discussion involves participants in considering aggregate findings and campus-level results, as presenters highlight how representatives from one institution have used their results. en
