Built around Main Street America’s Four-Point Approach - Organization, Promotion, Design, and Economic Vitality - the plan provides practical strategies to increase organizational capacity, deepen community engagement, and align local revitalization efforts with broader county and regional priorities. Paoli’s historic character, strong tourism presence, and high regional visibility create significant opportunities for economic growth. However, the organization also faces challenges, including limited organizational capacity, inconsistent volunteer engagement, and gaps between local needs and existing planning documents. Possibilities in Paoli is positioned to address these issues by serving as a bridge between residents, merchants, public agencies, and community partners. Key recommendations in this plan include assigning clear leadership roles within the organization, developing an internship program to expand capacity, implementing more consistent communication with merchants and volunteers, enhancing outreach through multiple platforms, and formalizing partnerships with local institutions.
