These publications report on a series of professional development workshops for graduate students and new professionals in the field of folklore studies sponsored between 2003 and 2006 by the American Folklore Society and the Fund for Folk Culture. The Folk and Traditional Arts Program of the National Endowment for the Arts provided funding for these workshops.
