The American Folklore Society is home to more than 30 "sections": smaller groups within the society organized around specific research interests or professional alliances. These sections also reach out to connect folklorists with scholars and public humanists in other fields who share those interests or are part of those alliances. Several AFS sections publish journals or newsletters, and we have gathered together the available past and present issues of those publications here.

Several AFS section publications can be located elsewhere on the open web:

Folklore Historian (1984-2008)
Jewish Folklore and Ethnography Newsletter (1977)
Jewish Folklore and Ethnology Newsletter (1978-1986)
Jewish Folklore and Ethnology Review (1987-2000)
