Adrianne Kalfopoulou, Hellenic American University

Adrianne Kalfopoulou  is the author of two poetry collections, most recently Passion Maps. A book of nonfiction, Ruin, Essays in Exilic Living is forthcoming from Red Hen Press. "The Courage of Not Shutting Up" is part of a longer research project, Sylvia Plath's Emerisonian I/Eye. She is on the faculty at Hellenic American University, and teaches in the Creative Writing program at New York University, and the Black Forest Writing Seminars at the University of Freiburg.
