Sally Price, College of William and Mary

Sally Price is the Duane A. and Virginia S. Dittman Professor of American Studies and Anthropology at the College of William and Mary. She is the author or co-author of many works, including Paris Primitive: Jacques Chirac’s Museum on the Quai Branly (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2007), Primitive Art in Civilized Places (Chicago: University of Chicago Press, 2001), and (with Richard Price) Maroon Arts: Cultural Vitality in the African Diaspora (Boston: Beacon Press, 1999) and Romare Bearden: The Caribbean Dimension (Philadelphia: University of Pennsylvania Press, 2006).
